“Why Olympos?”
I get asked this question all the time, and every time I smile.
Because Olympos is not just a mythological name.
It’s a declaration of intent.
Olympos is the mountain of the Gods.
It’s the place you reach after a climb—after fatigue, after resistance, after surviving everything.
And to me, my brides are exactly this: women who have climbed their own mountains and now stand proudly at the summit.
Not princesses. Goddesses.
Not princesses. Goddesses.
My brides are not princesses waiting to be rescued.
They don’t wait for a white horse, nor do they perform scripts written by others.
They are Goddesses.
They have fought, lost, won, and started over.
And now they choose to love again.
That’s the difference: an Olympos wedding is not an Instagram cliché.
It’s an act of freedom.
The courage to try again
Some of my well-known colleagues would laugh at these words.
For them, weddings are still catwalks: glittering gowns, hundreds of guests, magazine-worthy scenography.
Nothing wrong with that.
But I’m not speaking to couples who want yet another prepackaged fairytale.
I’m speaking to those who have the courage to try again.
To women who, perhaps at 40 or beyond, decide that love deserves a second act.
And they do it without fear of judgment, without the need to prove anything to anyone.
Why an “Olympos Wedding” is different
Because it is a wedding born from you—not from others.
Not from what “should be done.”
Not from the unwritten rules of a patriarchy still eager to tell us how to dress, whom to invite, how to behave.
An Olympos wedding is not copied from Pinterest.
It is built from your story, your choices, your freedom.
It’s a new ritual, one that speaks of you as a Goddess.
Beyond clichés, towards the summit
Olympos is not a brand that promises extravagance or glossy magazine spreads.
Olympos is a vision:
- An intimate and identity-driven wedding.
- A personal story that becomes cultural.
- An act of courage, beauty, and freedom.
Because true elegance is not ostentation.
It’s reaching the top of your own mountain and saying:
“Here I am. And I choose to love again.”
This is Olympos.
Not a fairytale already written, but a new wedding tale.
A story that breaks clichés and celebrates women-as-Goddesses: women who rise, who shine, and who dare to laugh in the face of those who wanted them silent.
And you?
Are you ready to climb your own summit?
